Passed my CCNA!

December 19th, 2005 Chris No comments

I passed my CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) yesterday (12/18/2005)! For all those doubting Thomases out there, yes, this test is quite tough. The old CCNA, 640-607, was a walk in the park. This new one, the 640-801, requires you to have more CCNP-level knowledge (which I assume is to prepare you for the CCNP).

A new year; lots of new stuff

January 2nd, 2005 Chris No comments

Boy, haven’t posted to the site in a while! Lots of new stuff has been going on. Graduated college, got a real job working for this company, got some new wheels after having driven the same vehicle for the past seven years. Things are certainly looking up. I met a fantastic girl a week and a half ago and we went to the Peach Drop for New Year’s.

I’m looking forward to my friend returning from boot camp too. We all miss him. We’ll have to have a welcome home thingie for him.
